New outlook not showing total email count in each folder on windows application

I switched to the new outlook and it is no longer showing the total number of emails in each folder.

    No it is not resolved. I would vote to keep it open and let people continue to voice their opinion until Microsoft listens about a feature they removed for no logical reason?

    Appears you have to hover over the mailbox to determine this. #dislike!

    This does not work for me in Outlook window app, nothing comes up on hover and no context menu option.

    Is there any chance to have this issue resolved?

    I believe that now, with more than 90 replies, it is well described.

    Want it displayed next to each email address at the root/folder level, so do not have to open up each folder individually to see if there are any new messages. See picture above. Thanks for the comment.
