I noticed that all my calendars were gone in the Android calendar app and found the reason is, for some reason, the option to sync calendars for my outlook.com account has been turned off in the Outlook app. I turn it back on and within minutes my calendars are populated again, but then hours later it gets turned off again. This started happening in the past few weeks.
Anyone else having this problem?

Reset doesn't help. Removing and re-adding accounts doesn't help. As you can see from other responses this seems to be a common issue.
Thanks.
I already switched to Google Calendar, I was having too many issues because if this.
I'm posting my MS response...my calendar is stable at the mo so I've not applied their fix yet.
Thanks for updating your app. Let's try clearing your app's cache - go to your phone's Settings - Apps - Outlook - Storage - Clear Cache. Then remove and re-add the affected email account in the app - go to your Outlook App Settings (tap the home icon or your profile picture beside "Inbox" then tap the ⚙ gear icon at the bottom), tap the Email Account, tap Delete Account, delete from all devices (if the option is present), then add the account back.
Once in, please enable Sync Calendars again. Also, please make sure that battery optimization is not enabled on your app.
