Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I thought that the problem was deleting a 3rd party account from O365 and not being able to re-add that account.
Perhaps my misunderstanding?

I noticed that all my calendars were gone in the Android calendar app and found the reason is, for some reason, the option to sync calendars for my outlook.com account has been turned off in the Outlook app. I turn it back on and within minutes my calendars are populated again, but then hours later it gets turned off again. This started happening in the past few weeks.
Anyone else having this problem?

Same problem here. Getting really frustrating
I was able to add my O365 account back to my Samsung Mail and it seems to be working just fine. Thanks!
Solution was found! It's a work around but I installed Google Calendar app and synced my android calendar to it. Then unistalled Outlook app and reinstalled. Local calendar appeared on Outlook calendar settings with Google. All the accounts assigned in Google showed up under local calanders and I could select/deselect each one as needed. Be advised that my outlook account is an exchange account in my Gmail. So far sync is working across all calendars.
Still an issue. Wake-up Microsoft!!!
