I noticed that all my calendars were gone in the Android calendar app and found the reason is, for some reason, the option to sync calendars for my outlook.com account has been turned off in the Outlook app. I turn it back on and within minutes my calendars are populated again, but then hours later it gets turned off again. This started happening in the past few weeks.
Anyone else having this problem?

Exactly
It appears that MS did a staged rollout in the Google app store, which means only a small percentage will see the update right now. Developers do this to test the update, but it can take days or even weeks in some cases to see the latest version in your account, depending an how the eligible pool gets expanded over time. Visiting the Google Play store online (without logging in), confirms that there is an update as of yesterday (April 24th), although some will still see the old number (2311) as the eligible version number.
Warning, do the rest at your own risk... I went to APKMirror and version 4.2312.9 was available; downloaded and installed it as an update when prompted.
We'll see if this takes, since I don't want to wait to hit the lottery with MS and I missed an important meeting because of this 'minor glitch'... with my luck I'll be the LAST group to get the update.
Same issue. My day is a mess and I miss meetings because of this
I got the update. Hopefully it works.
