Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I thought that the problem was deleting a 3rd party account from O365 and not being able to re-add that account.
Perhaps my misunderstanding?

I noticed that all my calendars were gone in the Android calendar app and found the reason is, for some reason, the option to sync calendars for my outlook.com account has been turned off in the Outlook app. I turn it back on and within minutes my calendars are populated again, but then hours later it gets turned off again. This started happening in the past few weeks.
Anyone else having this problem?

Ok ours stopped working in January and I was told Microsoft removed the ability to use 3rd party apps with an O365 mail account. Same happened with our iPhone users. So we all had to download the Outlook app on our phones and we hate it.
I use Samsung Mail all the time, as well as Outlook.
You may need to redownload from the galaxy store but you should be able to use it still.
I have this same issue also. Can we use the Samsung mail app on our phones instead? I used to be able to do that but it stopped working in January.
