Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I have the same problem - it's extremely frustrating. Hoping for an update soon.

I noticed that all my calendars were gone in the Android calendar app and found the reason is, for some reason, the option to sync calendars for my outlook.com account has been turned off in the Outlook app. I turn it back on and within minutes my calendars are populated again, but then hours later it gets turned off again. This started happening in the past few weeks.
Anyone else having this problem?

It didn't help me. I've tried all suggestions, no luck
Don't shoot the messenger. I'm a user with the same issue. I can't get a link. Open Outlook, go to settings/help & feedback/contact MS outlook support.
After days of frustration and several removes, deletes, resets, etc, I tried the unrestricted thing and also moved the account to first in the list of multiple accounts and everything started working fine. Went 2 days without it turning "sync calendars" off. Miracle!!! I was actually thinking I had the solution - silly me.
I use DigiCal to display my agenda and add events. Since making the above changes, I added my first event today using DigiCal and the minute I hit save, all my events went away in the display and the setting had been turned off. I turned it back on and synced. Now only recurring events are showing up in the DigiCal display even though one time events are still in my Outlook calendar. I've tried refresh on DigiCal, resync on Google accounts, rebooting my phone, etc... Nothing gets my one time events to display - this is a regression from before. At least when I turned the sync setting back on before everything would display.
I tried repeating "add event" to see if it changes the setting and could not repeat it.
Good grief Microsoft - fix this!!! At a minimum, tell us how to revert to an older version. I only seem able to get the one on the Playstore which is severely broken. Or put the older version back on the Playstore - something - anything - please!

MS Outlook for Android - 4.2311.1
DigiCal 2.2.18
Just here to add my name to the list...I'm having the same issue. I just switched to unrestricted, as mentioned above. Fingers crossed, but that's more of a band aid than a solution.
