Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Same issue for me too, using Google Chrome Web Browser. Really need these arrows back!

My Outlook 365 for Mac recently updated. Previously, when I opened an e-mail message, there were up and down arrows in the upper right that I could use to go to the previous or next message without returning to the Inbox and list of emails. Now, those arrows have disappeared. No similar buttons or arrows are in the ribbon that's now at the top of the screen and I don't find them as options when trying to Customize the ribbon, even though there would be room for additional buttons. (See below.) I also haven't been able to find keyboard shortcuts that would let me go to the next or previous message without returning first to the Inbox.
Thanks for any help with this!

Why have the scroll arrows been removed its ridiculous please get them reinstated!
Same here ... between this and moving the quick icons (DELETE, MARK AS READ, MOVE, ETC.) all the way to the right, I am seriously about to give up on Outlook. It's like they are TRYING to make their interface more ineffecient and annoy their user base.
Yes, that AD email is driving me nuts. It's not how you keep clients.
Yeah, I tweet @Outlook on Twitter a few days ago, but so far, crickets. Got a few dodgy replies offering to fix my problem. Errr, no thanks.
