When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...

They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

    Hi Joe,

It works but I don't think using control . or control , are intuitive in anyway when using outlook.live.com. It has never been the case with this, nor when it was hotmail. Do you or anyone here know if the navigation arrows will return or how to get them back?

Hi, hopefully adding some useful information and thanks to Joe H. for providing "shortcut" information. The Up and Down arrows come and go for me when I use the web version Outlook and now don't ever display. Here is a view of my Outlook, the same view Ron shared of his, my arrows are missing.

Now I do not have the arrows.

The browser used has no effect, so it must be a server issue.
