Where have the arrows gone on Outlook emails???

2. If the self-help answers don't resolve your issue, try a different search, or scroll to the bottom of the Help pane and, under Still need help?, select Yes.

upper right click help

ask question in box how do i contact microsoft support

next ask question how to get arrows back in outlook mail

then at bottom click yes or no to chat with microsoft

if you can do all that here is the link to chat with them..I just went thru it with guy i'll post his responses to me...summary they are beta testing upgrades…he took my put arrows back bunch people unhappy…to me the words previous or next do same as arrows are ok but slower you have to scroll the opened mail a bit to get the words instead of faster just clicking the arrow..

these changes are for testing phase and for temporary period of time. 
I would request you to please check the bottom of the Outlook webmail interface. You will get the Send option

I tried. There's no web chat (Microsoft don't have a web chat option) and the helpline is a premium-rate telephone number - yes, they actually want to make a profit from customers calling looking for help and advice. I did email them but they clearly could not be bothered to reply.

Tbh, I think I might just change over to Gmail or Yahoo. I've had a Hotmail address for years but I don't think it will actually be that much of a rigmarole to change, so might just bite the bullet.

The only way for the arrows to come back for you and everyone else is for everyone to contact Microsoft support...by their form or email…you'll have to find them and email complaining you want the arrows back..they'll do it if you complain…i did it last time complaining to the guy he finally put it back…contact their engineers...

Where are the 'previous and next' buttons???

Currently, I need to keep going back to my inbox and clicking on the next email after reading each email.

I also didn't have the previous and next buttons (just the up and down arrows) -- until today, when it introduced me to the new ribbon.
