When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...

They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

It's not surprising that is takes so long for issues like this to be addressed, when the Microsoft Agent/ Moderator doesn't take the time to completely read the description of the problem and understand the issue. I would hope that this removal of the Previous and Next Item buttons ( as well as putting the Delete icon back in the more intuitive previous location) will get fixed in the near future, but I don't have a lot of confidence in that.

Those don't work for me so I'm just stuck navigating manually to each message if I don't choose to delete the one I read.

All these latest replies are going to trigger katherine-bot to copy and paste previous useless information about the client version. And what's with that response, anyway: "Based on your description, I know your requirement," "... please be kindly to try to click Ctrl < and Ctrl> to check whether the emails will change to next/previous items", "Meanwhile, through my test, on my different versions of outlook...", "So it may have something wrong...", "Please be kindly to try..." , "Thanks for your precious time."

    lol
