When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...
They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

This is screenshot of upper right the help search box ..I can't make it any clearer to you than this if you can't do this I don't know what to tell you.....
Look at screenshot..do you see the second new word help below the original word help on the upper left after you clicked the first word help??? Just click on the second lower word help....your not too good at this stuff ...It's easy to do...........after that you will see on upper right the help search box..ill send you screenshot of that....
On the upper left click on "help"...then click on the new second lower word "help"..then on upper right you will see the "help search box" where you type in either "contact Microsoft support" or "how do I get the arrows back on Outlook email"....then at bottom of scrolling down the response answers you click yes or no to contact support by chat …it has nothing to do with selling you anything....drop the attitude and try to go through the maze correctly.... do you see the word help below on upper left screenshot…click it …then another help word will appear below it click that help then go to upper right to the help search box,,,...dude you can do it ..stop complaining and do it....
Thanks for this. However, where is search help? There is ask the community a question on the right and I have found a search bar that does allow me to chat with an "expert" but that is just for buying new products. Yes, they are happy to chat when they're trying to sell you something but it's incredibly hard to chat if you have an issue to resolve.
What an absolute unnecessary farse.
Mine updated again to have the option of a "simplified" or "classic" ribbon.
The classic ribbon is not the original options layout.
I use the website version because I HATE the layout of tiles on the app. I find them inaccessible, poorly laid out and confusing.
Up and down arrows was far easier to find and process in my brain than "Previous" and "Next" hidden in a bunch of other words.
BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS DESIGN AND LEAVE IT ALONE, OR MAKE THESE UPDATES OPTIONAL
