When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...
They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

Microsoft support have informed me that this matter is being looked into by Tec dept.
Meanwhile have to use control Ctrl button+. (Full stop)button for next message, and Ctrl+, (comma)to go back to previous message.

The missing arrows occur in every browser, in Outlook, whether it's Microsoft, Chrome, Puffin, and others. It does this on all my PCs, tablets, and phones. It all started when Microsoft decided to sneak in an ad as the very first email entry each time you start up Outlook Live. The arrows were available for a short time but now seem to be gone totally. BTW there is a way to get rid that bothersome first ad by clicking on the little blue triangle and opting out of the ads. It doesn't get rid of them entirely but does reduce their frequency.
The arrows disappeared first on my old Chromebook... I assumed it had something to do with the Chromebook no longer being supported, but after another day or two the arrows were gone on my Windows computer, too.
LOL, I'm all for vaccines and sending weapons to Ukraine, but I do have to shake my head at the antics of Microsoft. How would it be if the major automakers decided to reverse the positions of the gas pedal and brake pedal from time to time, just to keep things fresh? Or to delete "minor" features like turn signals or windshield wipers? Why get us used to having something, let us form habits, then play these mind games on us?
Now I do not have the arrows.
The browser used has no effect, so it must be a server issue.

Control < and > do both work but are pretty fiddly to have to do while navigating emails.
I'm definitely on the latest version of Outlook and it's not possible for me to create a new profile due to our company account settings.
