When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...

They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

Exactly. So annoying! Clearly they aren't listening, or they just don't care. You would think that as many of us pointed out the error in their ways last few times this happened, and explained the usefulness of the up and down arrows, that they wouldn't lose them again...

Their most recent so-called "simple ribbon" also adds extra steps to some operations, such as attaching a file to an email. How do you call added steps being simple??? C'mon, man!!

They were gone last June and then miraculously reappeared after a bunch of us complained. Now they're gone again, and the send button is down at the bottom. Wish Microsoft would stop changing the format of outlook.com. Now I have to go back to the inbox and highlight the next email if I don't want to delete the one I'm viewing (which then automatically takes me to the next email). So much more time intensive. Come on guys, fix it again already!

How about Microot stop messing about with the view and then making it incredibly complicated to get it back to what you're used to!? Don't even get me started on the app, that's useless.

I have a brand new installation of Windows 11 professional and Office 365. The ctrl-arrow solution doesn’t work. I can’t find the arrows. Repairing a brand new installation makes little sense. Please simply bring back the arrows as a default.

    Thanks
