When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...

They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

Thanks! I did get the arrows back once, but they are gone after I selected Always use Outlook service to load images. And I cannot get it back anymore by selecting Don't use Outlook service to load images! I don't know why.

I have discovered the solution for the missing arrows. You need to access the settings in Outlook Live. Select show all Outlook settings at the bottom. Select General setting then Privacy and data option. Look for External Images section and select Don't use Outlook service to load images. Once selected the previous and next arrows reappear when going back to your list of emails. The next test is to see if the arrows disappear again when selecting Always use Outlook service to load images. I hope this discovery helps

When I hit the three dots, there are 16 items displayed. Not one of them is "customize."

There are two instances of the three dots. I was talking about the three dots at the very top, while I think you were talking about the three dots in the corner of each e-mail. I think we're talking about two different things.
