When your in an email, there are usually up and down arrows top right on the page, allowing me to scroll to the next/previous email...

They aren't there today, is this a glitch or have Microsoft once again updated the look of Outlook and removed a REALLY useful feature???

"But when you are busy with your mouse it still is inconvenient to have to go back with your hands..."

Great point. I'm a one-finger typist anyway, and when I have the mouse in my hand and my attention on the screen, it is really bothersome to have to interrupt what I'm doing and turn my attention to the keyboard.

Same question here, and would also like to mention that there have been other, recent, detrimental changes to the web version in my opinion, such as the moving of the 'flag, pin, delete' buttons on hover-over of e-mails in the inbox all the way to the right side.

These kind of changes would be fine if they were OPTIONAL, but as of the past month or two the product feels like it is rapidly getting worse and less intuitive to use. Why??

It was fine, we liked it the way it was. Please at least make it so that the options menu allows for customization in order to keep the lay-out the same as before.

Adding back flag, pin, and delete *are* optional. Hit the three dot menu next to that row, and select customize, and you can add them back.

Please bring back the message up and down arrow key that used to be to the top right of the WEB version, please! It disappeared about a week ago.

I have an outlook account with my university (no advertisements) and the message navigation arrows in that account are now missing there too.

In case it's not yet been mentioned, ' Ctrl . ' works for navigating to the next message and then ' Ctrl , ' works for navigating to the prior message. That is Ctrl period and Ctrl comma work for navigation. I've found these keyboard tricks to work for both my free and university web-based accounts.

Hopefully that will be helpful for now.

Microsoft, lots of us have other things to do than find work-arounds for your programming shenanigans.
