Mac Outlook 16.63 signature issue

I have a customer who has been unable to set signatures in Mac Outlook since switching to the new interface. If she resets the account every time she opens Outlook the signatures re-appear. We re-installed the Office suite, and various purging of accounts and preference files have been attempted. The issue only returns.

    This worked for me - and I also got the series of "Untitled" signatures when I restarted Outlook.

    I have had the same issue. I had a signature that was working fine and then I noticed recently that it had disappeared. I went into the preferences to re-enter it and I can't make any changes or add a new one. So frustrating! Please fix it ASAP.
