Mac Outlook 16.63 signature issue

I actually did multiple things throughout last week as the suggestions on this site were pouring in but I was always short on time and none of the suggestions worked. Last week I was determined to get it fixed and went back through all the posts and copied down the suggestions on a blank one-note page. Up to this point I had already tried reverting to legacy but it was missing two of my most important accounts so I went back to the new version. I tried the default setting command but that didn't fix it either. I set the signatures in the on-line version of O365...no luck and lastly, I tired to open the signature from within a message (instead going through preferences). When none of that worked, I copied all the suggestions to one note and started back at the top with the command to change the default. I quit Outlook and then did both commands as written two or three times but never reset the default to 1 and then back to 0. I just followed the same process steps each time because someone said it worked for them. Then I went back into Outlook, opened a new message and clicked on "Signature." All of my signatures were there plus a bunch of "Untitled" ones. I removed the untitled ones and made a few corrections to the default new and default reply on each account and was all set. Hope this works for you.

I gave up in the end and just reverted back to the Old look of Outlook - the signatures were all there and they work. So, much easier!

I've tried the terminal commands... This causes signatures to temporarily work and then eventually they stop populating and stop working.

I'm in a bind here.

If I use "legacy" outlook - my signatures work all the time, but my calendars disappear.

If I use "new" outlook - my calendars work all the time, but my signatures disappear.

Not sure if that data point helps troubleshoot this at all?

This is infuriating. Naturally, none of my other users are having this issue nor are any windows users.

Note: My signatures are also in my online (outlook.office.com) signature settings, but these do NOT show up anywhere on my MAC app version.

I went back to Old Outlook, and as you say the signatures were there all the time. I too saw a blank calendar, but I added my calendar account back and now its all working fine again under the old UI. I'm not entirely confident, but I think I "Opened Shared Calendar" and selected my name from the directory to get it working again!

If I'm honest, i didn't really like the new "look & feel" so won't be going back to it unless a) everything's fixed on signatures, etc and b) I'm forced to!
