I have a customer who has been unable to set signatures in Mac Outlook since switching to the new interface. If she resets the account every time she opens Outlook the signatures re-appear. We re-installed the Office suite, and various purging of accounts and preference files have been attempted. The issue only returns.

I downloaded an earlier version and nothing changed, still cannot add or edit signatures. This is a nightmare, I have no less than six emails and they all have different signatures/titles. I need that feature to work for Office to be effective for me...
Having the same issue!
I switched back to legacy outlook and then back to new outlook and still have the problem. When I click on the + to add a new signature, nothing happens. The "Edit" Button is grayed out so I can't add my signatures back in for any of my accounts. Frustrating!!
I'm having the same issue. I recently updated the MAC version of Outlook to V 16.63. It wiped out all of my signatures and won't let me re-add them.
I have the same problem, cannot set the signature and my existing one was deleted.
