Mac Outlook 16.63 signature issue

I have a customer who has been unable to set signatures in Mac Outlook since switching to the new interface. If she resets the account every time she opens Outlook the signatures re-appear. We re-installed the Office suite, and various purging of accounts and preference files have been attempted. The issue only returns.

    When I type in the first command,

    BryanMacBook21:~ bryanoak$ defaults read com.microsoft.Outlook DisableSignatures

    I get:

    2022-07-20 09:27:55.943 defaults[31716:573650] 

    The domain/default pair of (/Users/bryanoak/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Outlook/Data/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Outlook, DisableSignatures) does not exist

    Did I do something wrong?

    Having the same issue here. Mine seems a bit more complicated.

    I have been on the legacy version and it was working perfectly. As of last week, all of my calendars were blank!

    Switched to the "new" view and everything was working. Except now, my signatures come and go. I am having same symptoms as everyone else (can't press + to make a new one, etc...).

    It's a hot mess.

    It looks like when I switch back to legacy, the signatures are all there BUT not all of my accounts exist in the legacy version. Could that be part of the problem? I haven't tried re-adding them in legacy to see if that fixes the problem but it was really an interesting discovery. It's like the legacy version was frozen in time with some of my older accounts and it didn't have two of my newer accounts established within the last 9 months. The signatures for all accounts was there - just not the accounts them selves. Curious if anyone else had this happen.

    The solution provided didn't fix my problem. Please help! I send too many emails from multiple accounts not to have my signature block.

    Update: If I use the legacy interface, this does work. I toggled back and forth between the 2 interfaces and can only get the signatures to work on old interface.
