Outlook Mac, how to move mail/cal/people icons from side back to bottom

I, and 3 colleagues, are all on the same version of Outlook for Mac (16.71.2).

For two of us the icons for Mail, Calendar, and People are on the side. The 3rd person has them (where I always used to find them) at the bottom.

I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to get them to the bottom again.

Thoughts??

    I was doing this for a while, but it stoped working today after an update. Please let us know if there's a new way to move it back down!

    Any idea on how to make icons go back to the bottom on Mac? It is annoying to have them at the top.

    Yes, same here, just got upgraded to v16.75 and now the reset experimental features trick no longer works

    I have two Macs. Same user, same Outlook 365 account. One has the icons on the side. One has them on the bottom. No explanation.
