Outlook Mac, how to move mail/cal/people icons from side back to bottom

I, and 3 colleagues, are all on the same version of Outlook for Mac (16.71.2).

For two of us the icons for Mail, Calendar, and People are on the side. The 3rd person has them (where I always used to find them) at the bottom.

I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to get them to the bottom again.

Thoughts??

    This solution DOES work

    However........

    Next time you restart outlook, goes back to the old way

    So no good for me

    Not ideal, but it's still a quick/simple fix even after a restart.

    New update resolves this issue.

    After updating go to Help -> Clear Application Data -> Check Experimental features and clear.
