Outlook Mac, how to move mail/cal/people icons from side back to bottom

I, and 3 colleagues, are all on the same version of Outlook for Mac (16.71.2).

For two of us the icons for Mail, Calendar, and People are on the side. The 3rd person has them (where I always used to find them) at the bottom.

I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to get them to the bottom again.

Thoughts??

    I was going nuts every time I swapped back and did not find the icons where the are "supposed" to be. You are a life saver.

    Same as me, want to return it to the bottom but seems impossible.

    Yes same issue here. I don't see the option.

    Using Outlook for Mac version 16.72

    Very frustrating.

    Aargh, this is annoying, I'm on mac and I don't have this option (maybe due to our device mgmt at work).

    Most of my colleagues are already refusing to use the New Outlook - this will definitely be another reason why not.. MIcrossoft please listen.

    Hi

    so how do you fix this - I did not find solution in the thread - all of my MS Office Software: Outlook and Teams moved the icons to the left and I want to move them back to bottom on my Mac.?
