Outlook Mac, how to move mail/cal/people icons from side back to bottom

I, and 3 colleagues, are all on the same version of Outlook for Mac (16.71.2).

For two of us the icons for Mail, Calendar, and People are on the side. The 3rd person has them (where I always used to find them) at the bottom.

I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to get them to the bottom again.

Thoughts??

    Horrible, horrible, horrible change. Killed the user experience and reverting to the OLD OUTLOOK is not a fix. What happened?

    New update resolves this issue.

    After updating go to Help -> Clear Application Data -> Check Experimental features and clear.

    I was going nuts every time I swapped back and did not find the icons where the are "supposed" to be. You are a life saver.

    Yes same issue here. I don't see the option.

    Using Outlook for Mac version 16.72

    Very frustrating.
