Outlook Mac, how to move mail/cal/people icons from side back to bottom

I, and 3 colleagues, are all on the same version of Outlook for Mac (16.71.2).

For two of us the icons for Mail, Calendar, and People are on the side. The 3rd person has them (where I always used to find them) at the bottom.

I have searched everywhere but cannot figure out how to get them to the bottom again.

Thoughts??

    Sorry YES that solved my issue - clicked wrong button

    Microsoft when you make changes like this - add an option to toggle it on or off as some will want it, some won't

    That doesn't make sense at all. Give us the opportunity to decide where the icons should be placed. (hit: at the bottom).
