Hey there!
Conditional formatting (allowing you to change fonts for unread messages for example) seems to be missing on the new outlook?
Any know a way around that?

It looks like this is now on the roadmap and expected to be rolled out in the near future:
Is there an ETA for this feature? I am forced to use new outlook to clean my inbox and cannot distinguish email groups without the rules.
That open status only addresses conditional formatting for Messages. Nothing yet for calendars/meetings. :( Extremely disappointed in MS Development team for rolling out without this key functionality for users.
The roadmap says a Conditional Formatting change has been rolled out, and nothing is pending. A switch this morning, 1) did not ask to import settings, and 2) trashed all of my conditional formatting, and 3) appears to have changed all my read emails back into unread.
While none of my formatting came across, I was able to find this in Settings:
