I have searched and found a few others with this problem and I could not find any solution that worked for me.

With Microsoft 365 personal can you access the calendar using the Outlook Android app? When I try to login to add my account I receive this error.

An error occurred during authentication. Please try again later.

Tried using the app to contact support, but just get a spinning blue circle saying contacting to support.

Tried clearing cache, deleting Outlook and reinstalling different WiFi and mobile data, changing password and I keep receiving the error.

I can login using other apps and with the browser. Outlook is the only problem.

    2-3 users in my organisation also getting the same error the outlook is in work profile but all the other apps like teams ondrive are working fine just outlook is causing problem is there any solution?

    Come on Outlook; fix the problem with the authentication problem. You had provided an Outlook update along time ago and now Android Outlook gets Authentication error. Done everything others have tried, no fix. Resorting to Yahoo mail as work around. We pay for your services and product. Fix it. Fix it. Fix it.

    Me too. Just spent a couple of hours trying all suggestions and not working.

    This is appalling from Microsoft - can we get the official line on this please?

    I also can not add an email accoount to my android (samsung) Outlook account. I get the screen above whe using the found email.

    If I try to add a different account (both on spectrum) , I get Microsoft Error [2002]
