I have searched and found a few others with this problem and I could not find any solution that worked for me.

With Microsoft 365 personal can you access the calendar using the Outlook Android app? When I try to login to add my account I receive this error.

An error occurred during authentication. Please try again later.

Tried using the app to contact support, but just get a spinning blue circle saying contacting to support.

Tried clearing cache, deleting Outlook and reinstalling different WiFi and mobile data, changing password and I keep receiving the error.

I can login using other apps and with the browser. Outlook is the only problem.

    I too have this issue, but with my rogers email, I can add gmail no problem but it gives me the authentication error every time I try to add rogers.

    I am also having same problem I can login my company exchange mail using other apps like Gmail and web browser but unable login using outlook

    I have the exact same problem. I use 2 phones one for work and one is personal. My work phone is old but work with Microsoft 365 just fine. My personal phone is new and MS 365 doesn't work as it should be. It started with signing me out instantly.

    I was trying to fix MS 365 sign out error. I cleared the cache, deleted Outlook and reinstalling different WiFi and mobile data.

    Now I'm attempting to login multiple times but keep receiving "An error occurred during authentication. Please try again later."

    Someone help me please!

    Same issue for me, When I try to add my account I receive this error. "An Error occurred during authentication, Please try again later-".

    Clear the outlook cache, re-install the application but still same also try to sign-in on different mobile device but still same issue.

    Can someone help me to sort this issue.
