Outlook Android App error occurred during authentication. Please try again later.

I have searched and found a few others with this problem and I could not find any solution that worked for me.

With Microsoft 365 personal can you access the calendar using the Outlook Android app? When I try to login to add my account I receive this error.

An error occurred during authentication. Please try again later.

Tried using the app to contact support, but just get a spinning blue circle saying contacting to support.

Tried clearing cache, deleting Outlook and reinstalling different WiFi and mobile data, changing password and I keep receiving the error.

I can login using other apps and with the browser. Outlook is the only problem.

    Hmm that's annoying,

    Could you confirm whether you are able to add say a Hotmail/Live/Outlook email account, other than one from your custom domain on Exchange

    BTW this link is helpful-->

    Could you also try putting in the incorrect password for your account in the password field to see if it picks up on it?

    Since you've cleared the cache and reinstalled the app, it's only going to be something wrong with what you've written in the Server, Domain, or Username fields for it to bring up this error

    Hey mate,

    Did you try my suggestion in the comments above?

    For the Domain field: leave it blank

    For the Username field: put your whole email address

    Cheers
