    Hello Gosp

    Can you get into your account to add a new phone number or address? Did you add a new phone number? Always add the new number first then remove the old.

    Are you getting the country code message when you try to add the new number? What country is it? Microsoft may no longer because to sms it.

    I had a similar issue, trying to update the phone number, linked with my account, using Mozilla Firefox. After getting the error message, I tried updating, using Microsoft Edge, and it worked just fine.
