Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
This hasn't worked and the issue is persisting. I can't find any solution. HAs anyone tried reinstalling the affected account?
Brad
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have multiple accounts in my outlook. Something changed on one of the accounts over the past week. When I click on one of the accounts to start a new email, I get the below dialog box which slows my ability to create a new message or see read messages since it hangs up the account for 15-30 seconds. Any advice n how to resolve the matter, including stop retrieving the templates in outlook?
Thank you,
Brad

I have removed and re-installed profiles and accounts. I even went to the extent of re-installing Windows and 365 - problem persists. This is an issue that the MSFT gurus will need to address - for now we all will suffer.
Hi all,
We have a few cases in support being investigated. In the meantime, I took a look at a fiddler trace from one of the cases. It shows this response below likely causing the dialog and delay.

I thought it could be caused by having the deprecated AIP unified labeling client installed but follow up responses says they do not have it installed. We will keep investigating and I'll share back anything else I find.
Thanks for all your work on this. Personally, I don't have that Add-On. I did have AIP at one point, but I see no remnants of it on either system I use.
Thanks for the updates, unfortunately my end does not have these add-ons and the issue is going on for months.
