How to stop Outlook 365 retrieving template

I have multiple accounts in my outlook. Something changed on one of the accounts over the past week. When I click on one of the accounts to start a new email, I get the below dialog box which slows my ability to create a new message or see read messages since it hangs up the account for 15-30 seconds. Any advice n how to resolve the matter, including stop retrieving the templates in outlook?

Thank you,

Brad

    Stuart,

There is no fix yet. The Outlook In App Team has been trying to get traces that development needs to investigate the issue but we have not gotten that yet. If you have the option to open an In App ticket, please do. To do so click Help, Contact Support until you see logs are submitted. If you don't have this option but willing to open a ticket let me know and I will contact, you via forum moderation and enable you for Contact Support. Not everyone has the Contact Support option. Its slowly being made available and currently at Tenant Admins, Insiders, and some Consumers.

    Thanks

    Hi all,

I posted a Known Issue article to formally track this issue, Outlook prompts “Retrieving templates from server” after selecting the From field drop down (microsoft.com).

The Outlook Team is still investigating the issue. The devs investigating it have asked us to provide a debugging trace which requires working with a support engineer. If anyone on this thread has an active support case that can help provide the trace please let me know.

Or, if you have In App support please submit a ticket and we can get a trace from the In App case. To submit an In App ticket click Help, Contact Support in Outlook. Not everyone has Contact Support but Tenant Admins and those on Office Insider builds should have that option. If you try to submit a ticket but only get the Help links then it does not have the full Contact Support. If anyone ends up submitting an In App ticket, please let me know.

Another few days have passed since the last reply from Microsoft. What is the current status of this incident? Is there any prospect of a short-term solution?

I too have these symptoms, exactly as described by Ky_ber.
