I have multiple accounts in my outlook. Something changed on one of the accounts over the past week. When I click on one of the accounts to start a new email, I get the below dialog box which slows my ability to create a new message or see read messages since it hangs up the account for 15-30 seconds. Any advice n how to resolve the matter, including stop retrieving the templates in outlook?

I'd hope this can be fixed soon, this issue is going for almost half a year or even more,

This has been going on suddenly for weeks. February can't come fast enough.
I apologize the issue is not fixed yet. The Outlook dev team that owns this has updated that they will fix the bug in February 2023. Once I know the fix is checked in, I will report back with those specifics. I will also update the Known Issue when there are any updates too, Outlook prompts “Retrieving templates from server” after selecting the From field drop down - Microsoft Support.
When our accounts moved from Canada to Europe the issue stopped for us.
Our accounts also changed from Business Standard to E3
I know both neither of the above are very useful, but it's more information -- maybe?
