Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
No updates - issue has persisted for over a year. Have made numerous attempts to MS without success.
Frustrating.

I have multiple accounts in my outlook. Something changed on one of the accounts over the past week. When I click on one of the accounts to start a new email, I get the below dialog box which slows my ability to create a new message or see read messages since it hangs up the account for 15-30 seconds. Any advice n how to resolve the matter, including stop retrieving the templates in outlook?
Thank you,
Brad

Orlando EP,
Thank you for submitting the In App ticket. The Outlook Support Escalation Team has debugged this issue and submitted a bug for it. I suspect the In App Team will also share this status to you. We do not have an ETA yet for a fix, but I wanted to make sure you knew it is logged and will get fixed. I am out of office until the new year but will come-back and update when we know the issue will be fixed.
I don't believe they know how to resolve or why it begins in the first place.
I followed a variety of suggestions off the web including those from this site, I performed a 365 "online" repair and none of it has resolved the issue.
It only started appearing a few months ago, never prior
I am still having the problem. I had thought maybe it was linked to EX405758 which was supposed to be fixed yesterday but is still listed as a problem today.
