How to stop Outlook 365 retrieving template

I have multiple accounts in my outlook. Something changed on one of the accounts over the past week. When I click on one of the accounts to start a new email, I get the below dialog box which slows my ability to create a new message or see read messages since it hangs up the account for 15-30 seconds. Any advice n how to resolve the matter, including stop retrieving the templates in outlook?

    Hi all,

    The Outlook Team has implemented a fix for this issue. The fix is now available in the Office Beta Channel with Version 2306 (Build 16519.20002). If you can test with Office Beta please do and let us know if you see any issues. To submit feedback on the fix in Beta Channel for Outlook Desktop click Help, Contact Support.

    The fix should get to Current Channel in late June with Version 2306. I will update the Known Issue with further release status as I get it. I am updating the Known Issue article today with this same information above, Outlook prompts “Retrieving templates from server” after selecting the From field drop down - Microsoft Support.

    The issue is not fixed yet but it's one of the highest priority items being worked on. As soon as I know a fix is in the builds I will post back and share updates. As we learn any new information, I am also updating this Known Issue topic, Outlook prompts “Retrieving templates from server” after selecting the From field drop down - Microsoft Support.

    This is still happening for me also. I have 5 different companies I work for and this happens for all exchange accounts with specific signatures. Sometimes I have to clear this prompt up to 5 times before I can commence an email. Any timeframes for a fix as yet?

    Unfortunately, the fix is not available in any builds yet. The Outlook Team is actively working on it, but it's not checked in yet.
