Hi there!

I use Outlook for work and would like to view my work Outlook calendar on my personal Google calendar. I published my Outlook calendar to my Google calendar using the ICS link as instructed. This worked! However, any new or changed events to my Outlook calendar do not refresh on my Google calendar.

Is there a way for changes to my Outlook calendar to reflect on my Google calendar?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Brandon

I'm a OneCal user for over 5 months now. The service supports one-way or multy-way syncs.

    For example, you can setup:

    • Outlook -> Google Calendar (one-way, from a source calendar to a target calendar). Events from Outlook go to Google. This is just a setup, as you can also do Google Calendar -> Outlook.
    • Outlook <-> Google Calendar (both directions). You can select multiple calendars when selecting the multi-way option. Events in Outlook go to Google Calendar, and vice-versa.

I've found the one-way and multi way directions quite useful, as I'm a consultant who manages 4 clients 😅

The most reliable cloud-based calendar sync app I've tried is https://www.onecal.io/. It works well on all platforms, and there's no need to download anything.

    Thanks for the tip.

    Allow me to ask.

Are you a onecal user yourself?

Maybe you can tell by experience:

Is it possible to do a "1-way" sync?

So, like from Outlook (Microsoft 365, desktop, Outlook using Exchange) to Google calendar. A kind of 'mirror' so to say.

Right now I use an add-on to 'mirror' events from Outlook Calendar to Google calendar, but that I do 'manually' once a while.

    Thanks.

Yeah that's a fair point. I don't mind the cost but of course it's a shame it's needed in the first place. I'm mailing with the guy that built it for adding some stuff. If I find a different tool that also works for mac I'll share it here
