Outlook signature no longer able to be edited

Has anyone found a way to edit it from this though??????

I agree!! Sure, I can now find my signatures, but I can NOT edit them! So while this was sorta helpful, it really didn't correct the issue at hand.

I found that technically they are editable, but instead of being able to click "Save," I have to just hit "OK" and then it saves that one signature, and then I have to reopen the box to do the next signature.

However, I saw Lou C's post, which got to the heart of the problem. A recent Windows update moved the signatures off of the local drive and onto the cloud. I followed his link about disabling this "roaming" feature, specifically "Download and run a REG file to quickly update Windows registry," and now everything looks exactly like it used to!

You need to enable the Hidden Items in the view for File Explorer

Based on your description I understand you cannot find your email signatures when you want to edit them, but they can be found in the new message window. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Kindly sign in to Outlook on the web and check if you can see these signatures. Also check in Outlook signatures' location if you can see all of them C:\Users(username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures.

There is no appData folder in my C:\Users(username) folder

We solved this issue (which came about after a recent update) by disabling roaming signatures (whereby signatures are now saved in mailbox settings in the cloud and not locally), refer to the following link on how-to-do:

I am able to edit mine. Once I make the edit and click outside the box it asks if I want to save me edit. I click yes and it does save it
