Outlook signature no longer able to be edited

I currently have several signature saved and they still show up as an option to use. However, if I go to edit any of them, one one comes up as an option to edit. The other signatures that I can use no longer are in the list. I would usually have about 20+ to choose from and edit. It is only showing my default signature

    I am able to edit the signatures. I open an email screen like I'm going to type an email ... go to "Signatures", then "Signatures on this device." Then I type the edits. Then hit "OK." Next time I select that signature, it's there with the edits. Does this not work for other people?

    I agree!! Sure, I can now find my signatures, but I can NOT edit them! So while this was sorta helpful, it really didn't correct the issue at hand.

    We solved this issue (which came about after a recent update) by disabling roaming signatures (whereby signatures are now saved in mailbox settings in the cloud and not locally), refer to the following link on how-to-do:

    I am having the same issue.

    I can see a list of all my signatures when I create a new mail message, however when I go to Edit Signatures, in the "Signatures and Stationery" form I only see 1 signature and none of the others.

    I have tried looking at some of the suggestions in this thread, but none of these have solved this problem for me.

    My "E-mail account" list does not have an entry called "Signatures on this device".

    The Desktop App suggested to remove is also not present on my system.

    I am using the Desktop version of Outlook, Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2304 Build 16.0.16327.20200) 64-bit.

    Having the same problem occurring on 2 PCs, one using Windows 10 and the other using Windows 11.

    Hoping someone can identify what I might be missing here, or provide further suggestions.

    Me, too. I did not wish to create a new Outlook profile as suggested above. I continued to search and discovered the following that WORKED!
