How to Fix It
Try to modify your message, or change how you're sending the message, using the guidance in this article: Bulk E-mailing Best Practices for Senders Using Forefront Online Protection for Exchange. Then resend your message.
If you continue to experience the problem, contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to ask their email admin to add your email address, or your domain name, to their allowed senders list.

More Info for Email AdminsStatus code: 550 5.7.350

When Office 365 tried to send the message to the recipient (outside Office 365), the recipient's email server (or email filtering service) suspected the sender's message is spam.

If the sender can't fix the problem by modifying their message, contact the recipient's email admin and ask them to add your domain name, or the sender's email address, to their list of allowed senders.

Although the sender may be able to alter the message contents to fix this issue, it's likely that only the recipient's email admin can fix this problem. Unfortunately, Office 365 Support is unlikely to be able to help fix these kinds of externally reported errors.

We are experiencing this problem for a whole city, they manually send out business licenses and they are getting rejected. to manually add connectors is crazy in this situation. :(

    Additional information:

We have applied the current fix (as mentioned by dapg_032)

    1. Create a connector:

    From: Office 365

    To: Partner organization

Use only when I have a transport rule set up that redirects messages to this connector.

Route email messages through these smart hosts:

Find some ipv4 ips for incoming smtp servers from google

    1. Create a mail flow rule to identify the sending domain and the recipient domains, so we can apply the connector to only these emails.

(Route the message using the connector named ... insert name of previously created connector)

I just wanted to throw a thank you in here. We were having this issue today and setting up a connector using only the IPv4 addresses from GMail's MX record has allowed us to get through to GMail accounts. A lot of our new hires and incoming students who do not yet have accounts with us, use GMail. I hope Microsoft and Google can figure out whatever the heck is going on with this.

    Hello,

How did you get past the validation mail setup for the connector ?

I tried to put in place the solution from dapg_032 but I am stuck at this process.

The validation went through for me. I used my personal gmail account to validate. I've been adding google hosted domains one by one to make sure they validate.
