Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
Is it Google associated email accounts that won't move to your My Computer folders now?

Updated to the New Outlook for Mac 16.73.1. I can't move new inbox or sent emails to my many On My Computer folders. They don't highlight in the sidebar when an email is dragged over like they do in the account sidebar files. How to fix? Many thanks

But you still can't see inside new folders on My Computer when you're back in New Outlook.
I'm afraid drag and drop of email folders doesn't work either in the new Outlook.
I don't have the link anymore, but you can drag and drop any Outlook email folder to a directory in the Mac finder and it will create a <email folder name>.mbox file. The mbox file can be imported into other mail apps, including Mac Mail.
