    So a Yahoo imap account must be set to over an hour as far as microsoft is concerned? My android phone, nor the old windows mail doesn't think so, but the new outlook just sat there for over an hour after the mail was retrieved by my phone.

    Personally, I have not seen an issue retrieving e-mail from Yahoo accounts, even with the new Outlook.

    You should post this as a separate question, and perhaps also check with Yahoo support.

    Wow, this is pointless. This happens with gmail as well. The question remains....
