    I just tried closing New Outlook and restarting and it won't open, and does not give me the option to revert to Old Outlook.

    I'm having the same issue. My inbox isn't updating. I can see new messages on my phone that have not appeared in the desktop version of "New Outlook", and there doesn't seem to be a way to force a send / receive action.

    In the question of "What happened to the Send and Receive button" the response is as follows, and perhaps should not be:

    1. * Click on the "Send/Receive" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.

    The new Outlook for Windows can't be used offline at the moment. But this will change in the future (it is unclear when, though). See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/getting-started-with-the-new-outlook-for-windows-656bb8d9-5a60-49b2-a98b-ba7822bc7627.

    I actually like the new outlook as it is stable no lock ups. HOW EVER I JUST REALIZED YOU CAN NOT USE IT ON AN AIRPLANE, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Need to make sure you change to classic and download prior to airplane mode!
