Where is the send and receive button in outlook (New Outlook for Windows)

My response from microsoft is the new beta outlook 360 is online only. No need for send receive as everything is real time. Also means ALL offline features are not available until the new offline version comes out. I really like the new version and the slider at the top easily and quickly switches between versions. JUST REMEMBER TO SWITCH TO OLD AND DOWNLOAD if you are getting on a plane or need to use offline.

Open outlook.exe from file explorer --

Outlook.exe is here - you can use Windows key + R to open the Run command and paste the path, including the parenthesis in the run box then press Enter.

Nope. Tried that. Both of the Outlook options try to bring up New Outlook, which isn't working.

Are you running a preview (Insider) version of Office? Here, I am on version 2305 (running under Windows 11), and I can still open the older, classic Outlook.

You should be able to start the classic Outlook from the Start menu in Windows.
