Where is the send and receive button in outlook (New Outlook for Windows)

Unified inbox not yet supported in the new outlook.

Remove the gmail account - when it asks to delete from the app or everywhere, choose everywhere.

Next, close the new Outlook, open the Run command (Windows key + R) and type or paste this command line. Note, there is a space before the two dashes -- and yes, you use two dashes.

olk.exe --clearLocalState

This deletes your profile and when you open the new Outlook, you'll need to add your account. Add additional accounts from the Settings dialog.

Accounts are added as Exchange accounts and they dont use send / receive - they sync as messages hit the server..

I have the same issue.

The reason I was looking for it, is that I have had no e-mails into either my exchange or gmail accounts.

Also, does anyone know how to activate a unified inbox?

Same here. No send/receive button anywhere. No buttons of any kind on the top ribbon. No options in the side ribbon. Nothing comes up under settings or under help. It's like send/receive just no longer exists in outlook.

The new Outlook requires constant internet connection (no offline support), so the Send & Receive options would be superfluous until Microsoft have added offline support, I guess. Maybe I am missing something.

In my opinion, the new Outlook has fewer features compared to the classic one, especially with regards to formatting. I do not know if the idea is that this is supposed to change over time.
