Outlook MAC search not working on Monterey

I have a new MBP M1, with fresh Monterey. I moved my data with the assistant from the old MBP, I have all the letters in Outlook (v15.46), but search in Outlook not works, it gives a "No results found" message in all folders. Old methods for reindex Spotlight is not working (eg. add and remove Main Profile to Spotlight). How can I solve this problem? Thanks

Today I deleted the Main Profile, remove all mail accounts, and made a new profile, and add a mail address. But the search still not works.

    How do you install New Outlook - I am running Outlook 16.56 on Monterey12.1 and I have the same issue with No Search at all.

    I need to know how to install the New Outlook as I don't have any toggle to do switch to it? Any advice would be appreciated

    I had the Mac desktop version. Not the subscription model. Bought from Apple.

    Mine had a toggle in the upper menu bar. Toward the right. Said “new Outlook”. When you toggle it, it tells you it will convert file. Didn’t take long. I had to restart Outlook after.

    Yes. Like old times. The New Outlook looks a little different, but real easy to figure out

    I asked for next level up support when I was on chat. That lady called me right away. I told her what I had tried and she’s did a little research and we tried this.

    Not being able to search emails was killing me. I had to search on my iPhone to find what I needed.

    Search works for me in the "New Outlook", but the new version still has too many missing features for my needs.

    I need the Search function fixed for the "Classic" Outlook.
