Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
When my Mac and Office 365 updated the problem disappeared. I think you maybe should update your OS to 12.31.1 and see if that works.

I have a new MBP M1, with fresh Monterey. I moved my data with the assistant from the old MBP, I have all the letters in Outlook (v15.46), but search in Outlook not works, it gives a "No results found" message in all folders. Old methods for reindex Spotlight is not working (eg. add and remove Main Profile to Spotlight). How can I solve this problem? Thanks
Today I deleted the Main Profile, remove all mail accounts, and made a new profile, and add a mail address. But the search still not works.

When I toggled to the New Outlook, it solved the issue for me
I now have Monterey 12.2 and Outlook Office 360 for Mac Version 16.59 with these same problems. So what is the best solution for this?
Reindexing Spotlight?
I did the update today, 1/26/22, and the problem has been solved. I can now search my emails using the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the Outlook window. So do today's update and see if it fixes it for you too.
