I have a new MBP M1, with fresh Monterey. I moved my data with the assistant from the old MBP, I have all the letters in Outlook (v15.46), but search in Outlook not works, it gives a "No results found" message in all folders. Old methods for reindex Spotlight is not working (eg. add and remove Main Profile to Spotlight). How can I solve this problem? Thanks

Today I deleted the Main Profile, remove all mail accounts, and made a new profile, and add a mail address. But the search still not works.

What a shame both Apple and MS can’t come up with a simple fix for this basic feature. There should be a class act law suite against them for false advertising.

    Same here with me

It's not a Mac Model thing as I tried it with an i7, a M1 Air and the new M1 Max. It happened with the last Microsoft Office Update 16.56 on Monterey 12.1.

What is really annoying: It's the third or forth time that this is happening in a few years. Obviously Microsoft has some really lazy development and testing guys for Mac ...

    Shame on you MS...
