Outlook MAC search not working on Monterey

I have a new MBP M1, with fresh Monterey. I moved my data with the assistant from the old MBP, I have all the letters in Outlook (v15.46), but search in Outlook not works, it gives a "No results found" message in all folders. Old methods for reindex Spotlight is not working (eg. add and remove Main Profile to Spotlight). How can I solve this problem? Thanks

Today I deleted the Main Profile, remove all mail accounts, and made a new profile, and add a mail address. But the search still not works.

    Same Problems!! Status and tried work around but again Search not working:

    • 2020 Imac 21" (6) Core I5, 32 gigs Ram - 1TB flash and 1 TB SSD (so this is a very fast machine)
    • Office 0365 running outlook 16.56
    • Monterey upgrade 6 Jan 2022
    • Unable to search Outlook
    • Completed process to reindex computer via the spotlight method
    • This did not work!!
    • Two days ago - Removed each of (5) email accounts from Outlook. Then added each one back individually and waited 2 days with computer and outlook on to index
    • Today, still cannot search.
    • Note. My 2013 Macbook Pro still works fine.

    What is the fix??

    What bologna. Obviously there's a problem at your end or we wouldn't all be facing the same issue. Stop wasting our time with non-fixes and find out what's wrong and update Outlook. It is a real drag not being about the search my mail files, and I'll just have to use Apple Mail if the problem persists.
