Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Did they ever fix this and add the total inbox count back to the Outlook tool bar?

In the latest update of Outlook for Mac I can no longer see a count of the number of emails in my inbox. Is there a way to get it back?

That is where i am at now too. Ridiculous for me to spend time counting my emails.
Try Outlook for Mac Legacy version . It has the email number counter.
Nearly 3 years and this is still not added. Honestly it is ridiculous!
Hello Francois Begin,
Thank you for your clarification. I further tested and in New Outlook for Mac the feature isn’t available. Since our related team is still working on improving New Outlook, you’re welcomed to share any thought in The New Outlook for Mac UserVoice: https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/924856-the-new-outlook-for-mac . Your time and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and Best Regards,

It's been well over two years since the loss of this feature was noted here and I'm not seeing where (or even if) it was added back. Is there an option selection I'm missing?
