In the latest update of Outlook for Mac I can no longer see a count of the number of emails in my inbox. Is there a way to get it back?

Hi,
This thread was created nearly 7 months ago and still this crucial feature has not been resolved.
Is anyone (at MS) able to provide an update?
Thanks,
Come on Microsoft. Just stick a number back in at the bottom. It can't be that hard!
Hi, this is a masssive issue with the New Outlook. I am now forced to use New Outlook due to the search function not working in the 'Old Outlook' but can no longer see the total number of emails?
Totally agree! I've been using this feature since day one, and I too switched back to the classic outlook even though the new outlook has much better features.
Please consider including the total email count, at least for the Inbox, remember for every person that replies, there are probably 100 or 1000 people who feel the same way who are silent.
