In the latest update of Outlook for Mac I can no longer see a count of the number of emails in my inbox. Is there a way to get it back?

2022-04-20T09:33:59+00:00 It is more than 18 months and tons of people requesting the restore of an important functionality (count of number of messages in footer as was available in the old Outlook). Who is the Program Manager responsible for this mess?
Should such a simple thing need to be escalated to Nadella. Is the Outlook team going the Windows Phone way???
